Step 1- Client submits ‘CONTACT THE TRAINER’ FORM below

Step 2- Trainer receives form and contacts client within 48 hours via email or text to confirm acceptance of town location and training case. If the case is declined, the trainer will refer client to alternative sources.

Step 3- Once accepted, client submits BOTH FORMS: INITIAL CONSULT FORM & TRAINING SERVICES AGREEMENT

Step 4- Once BOTH forms are submitted, the trainer’s scheduling assistant will contact client via text to schedule the initial 90 minute consult.
